Chef Jo Koller, AKA Lady Jo, has been baking professionally since 2010, after graduating from Johnson and Wales University. Her journey has taken her through areas such as Providence RI, Boston MA and the one and only, New York City. Lady Jo has spent time working under celebrity chef Bobby Flay and most recently holds the title of the Executive Pastry Chef for the New York Mets at Citi Field. It is there that her passion for baking, creative twists, and love for pleasing others through food, impacts a fan base of up to 40,000 people every day.

Lady Jo is married to Rick Larsen, Executive Chef for Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, and the two share a beautiful daughter/junior sous chef/graphic artist in training, Harper Adalia Larsen.
