When will my items be shipped?
For “a la carte” or individual items, please allow up to 3 business days from purchase for your items to be shipped. This will allow us time to bake your goods to order, package when ready, and process shipping. Items should be at your doorstep approximately 4-5 business days after placing your order. When can I order the Bakery Box?
The Bakery Box will be available for purchase for one week starting on the first Monday of every month. After that week ends, orders will be processed, baked and shipped. The Bakery Box should be received by the second Thursday or Friday of the month, depending on your location.
Does the Bakery Box Change?
Yes. Bakery Box contents will change monthly. The items will be updated the first week of the month. This allows Lady Jo Bakes to create fun seasonal items for you to enjoy.
Will more items be coming to the shop?
YES! The first month is always a challenge. In order to make sure items are fresh and delivered on time the menu will be limited. Once we understand the demand we will be adding or changing items!
I’m looking for something custom, is this possible?
Possibly. We want to ensure that the product is something we are able to ship without any damage and one that will be highest quality when delivered. Contact our team with any special requests.
